This frees the operators of the website from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as cited in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). In keeping with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of hqladyboy.com may remove any visual matter which is considered illegal, defamatory, indecent, harmful or otherwise in conflict with the website's terms of use and/or policies.
